Bambi Childcare Fitzgerald Street Centre

Bambi Fitzgerald Street is a centrally located early childhood education and care service, positioned conveniently next to Central Regional TAFE and WA Country Health Services in Geraldton. This purpose-built centre is licensed to care for 61 children aged 0 to 5 years, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments tailored to three specific age groups. 

Our service operates from 6:30am to 5:30pm, providing flexibility for families who require early drop-off and extended care during the workday.  At Bambi Fitzgerald Street, we take pride in offering a nurturing, inclusive, and welcoming environment where each child is supported to develop at their own pace. We recognise every child as a unique individual and actively encourage the expression of their ideas, interests, and ambitions. 

Our curriculum includes a dedicated School Readiness Program to support children in their transition to formal schooling, alongside a Wellbeing Program for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. Developed by our Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and delivered by our experienced room educators, the wellbeing program focuses on building gross motor skills, emotional resilience, and social confidence.

Children also have the opportunity to connect with the broader community through a variety of incursions and excursions held each term.  Bambi Fitzgerald Street proudly supports families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, delivering high-quality early learning and care as part of Bambi’s broader commitment to children and families across Geraldton, Greenough, and the wider Midwest region.
