Bambi Childcare Augustus Street

Bambi Augustus Street is a warm and welcoming early childhood education and care service, conveniently located within walking distance of Geraldton’s CBD, several primary schools, and the Geraldton Regional Hospital. Licensed for 33 children aged 18 months to 5 years, this service offers a high-quality, personalised learning environment with a strong focus on school readiness.

Our operating hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, supporting families with full-time care needs. These hours align with Centrelink’s 100-hour eligibility, allowing families to access the full Child Care Subsidy entitlements.  Bambi August Street offers a homely, nurturing atmosphere indoors and a large natural outdoor play space in the backyard, designed to encourage exploration, curiosity, and meaningful connection with the environment.

Our approach is personal, open, and family-focused, with children at the heart of everything we do.  The centre features a School Readiness Program, thoughtfully planned and led by our qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), to prepare children for a smooth and confident transition to formal schooling.  In addition, we offer a Wellbeing Program that supports the development of essential gross motor skills and provides opportunities for children to build community connections through regular incursions and excursions held throughout each term.
